What file formats can I send you?
We accept most common design and image formats, including:
- Vector (preferred): AI, EPS, SVG, PDF
- Raster: PNG, JPG, TIFF — 300 DPI or higher recommended
The cleaner and higher resolution your source file, the more accurate the digitization will be. If you're unsure, just send what you have and we'll advise.
What embroidery formats will I receive?
We deliver in all major machine formats, including DST, PES, EMB, JEF, VP3, XXX, HUS, EXP, SEW, and more. Just let us know your machine brand and model and we'll send the right format.
How do I know which tier is right for my design?
A quick guide:
- Simple ($20): Plain text, monograms, simple geometric logos, under 5k stitches
- Standard ($40): Multi-element logos, medium detail, gradient blending, up to 15k stitches
- Complex ($60): High detail, large coverage areas

How fast will I get my file?
Standard turnaround is within 48 hours of receiving your artwork and payment confirmation. For rush orders, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate — express turnaround (same day or next morning) may be available for an additional fee.
What is your revision policy?
Until you are happy. Within reason.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! If you need 5 or more designs digitized, contact us for a bulk quote. We also work with embroidery shops, print-on-demand businesses, and apparel brands on ongoing agreements. Email us at justin@narcs.co with your volume requirements.
Will the file work with my embroidery machine?
We support all major residential and commercial machine brands including Brother, Janome, Bernina, Husqvarna Viking, Singer, Baby Lock, Pfaff, and industrial machines running Tajima, Barudan, ZSK, and more. Just tell us your machine make and model in the contact form and we'll format accordingly.
