How long will it take to ship?

All orders are hand made in house. Crafted in the USA, in my little abode. Shipping can take 2-3 weeks from California to the East Coast. If you are located in western United States, it is likely you may receive it sooner.

The shipping process will often look like 1-3 days for order processing, then will move into a ship status where the 2-3 week timeline will apply. 

Express and overnight air shipping is also avaliable. Please contact us to arrange.

Do you do local pick up?

Yes, local pick up San Jose, CA. Please select the local pick up option and email us to coordinate a time.

What if an item is out of stock?

Contact us to place an order. Pricing will be the same. We will send you an invoice.

What is your return policy?

As a small business, we do not accept returns. For extenuating circumstances, please contact us.

What is your cancelation policy?

Once an order has been marked as shipped, it is not cancelable. You may cancel your order within the order cancelation phase.

What is this Adhesive Patch? Can I heat dry?

The adhesive is very strong and not your standard sticker adhesive. It is designed to attach to fabric. It is recommended to sew on the satin border for permanent placement, especially if you plan to wash and heat dry your product.

What if I purchased the wrong size?

We offer same product exchanges. Please contact us.

In the event the desired size is not avaliable, store credit will be issued.

What if an item is out of stock?

Do you also make stickers and temporary tattoos?

Yes. At the moment, there is no page. Please contact us for your requirements. We offer waterproof matte, vinyl, holographic, temporary tattoos.

Do you offer laser etching?

Yes. At the moment, there is no page. Please contact us for your requirements.
